The farm

Our company breeds organic and certified Black Angus cattle. Our animals are raised on pasture and fed on grass and hay with a final refinement with organic barley from our own production.

The animals are left free in the wild following the cow-calf line, i.e. they are kept together with their mother until they are fully weaned, which varies depending on the time of birth and the calf’s natural needs. Sales are made directly to the consumer, eliminating middlemen, guaranteeing quality and freshness.

BioAgriCert checks that the animals being reared follow organic criteria and only after careful analysis is certification confirmed.
